The Pixipan concept for subeta that never made it past the working stage uvu They were based on the Pandapixi plushies Mythica (oldschool subetians will know who’s this fabulous artist I’m talking about) had designed, because, let’s face it, those plushies were raw genius.
(also, jesus, I had no idea how to work colors back then it seems omggg)

Pie brought it up and I HONESTLY DIDN’T PLAN ON SHOWING YOU GUYS THIS BECAUSE WOW okay I’m secretly really ashamed of that old design haha Just about everything’s wrong with it and the new one is… how I actually REMEMBER imagining it, three years ago? I just wasn’t able to achieve it back then (which is a cookie point for me, means I improved!) Butyeah! Enjoy!
I went through my old files and found one named bumblebee.sai in a random folder and I didn’t know when the hell I would’ve ever drawn a bumblebee… so I opened it and it was one of the concept sketches I had done when subeta decided they wanted a bee pet! AREN’T YOU GLAD THEY PICKED PIE’S BECAUSE WOW i have talent for creating species nobody would ever want uvu
